Alcohol and Drug Awareness
Drink safe and know your limit. Visit here for more safe drinking tips.
Get a Lifesaver Kit (Naloxone). Call 613-966-5500.
Call 911 if you suspect an overdose, even if Naloxone is administered.
Know Your Environment
If exposed, wash your skin thoroughly to remove the oil. Use a detergent that contains phosphates.
Avoid high risk areas such as high grass, bushy areas and edge of woods.
Wear light colors, long sleeves and pants tucked into socks.
Apply insect repellent, especially around ankles and belt line.
After being outdoors check yourself, children & pets for ticks.
